The kids were super excited that I brought Chinese food for lunch today. (I finally had time to make dinner last night even though I was tempted to get Popeye's 99cents fried chicken special)
As I walked through the gym to sit down at a table with a group of my girls, Kenny, a second grader who gives me "free hugs", ran up to me and asked, "Ms. Wong, is that Chinese food?"
"Yes it is, Kenny."
With that response, Kenny got into a kung-fu pose and screeched, "Hiii....ya!"
